I spent two years as the Global Director of Creative Practices at the world’s largest streaming entertainment company. My job was to build and lead a team executing a straightfoward mission — how do we represent content on platform in the most creatively excellent way? How do we define creative excellence? How do we change creative and engineering processes to increase member joy?

I can’t talk a lot about specifics, but it was an incredibly rewarding experience.
