Convince consumers that giving blood — even in times where there isn’t a disaster or an obvious need — is a great way to help save the world.
why?
The American Red Cross needs blood every day. People turn out in droves to donate after a natural disaster, but don’t normally think that the country’s blood banks are in desperate need of the good stuff.
how?
We designed and developed a Flash site — called Blood Saves — in the style of a comic book, and created a character who was a hero in his own mind. He couldn’t actually save the world like most heroes do, but he could give blood — making him a true, real-life hero.
