prius.
for the past two and a half months, i’ve been holed up at EVB with my team, cranking away on an absolutely amazing site. it’s been an interesting experience — at times painful and emotional, at other times fun and exciting.
the effort finally paid off today, when we launched the experience website for the 2010 toyota prius.
we worked with an amazing team at saatchi la, and one of the best cg studios in the business, laika. everyone is extremely proud of this site, and rightfully so — it’s one hell of an accomplishment.
yet another website redesign.
the old husani.com was too dark. i’ve changed that.
yay.
enjoy the reel.
and i promise to actually use this blog more. really, this time.
website redesign. yay.
i spent a lot of time converting the old husani.com into a wordpress template. it was my first time doing such a customized wordpress build, so i ended up editing quite a bit of the core. wanting the ability to upgrade when required, i recently decided to start over — this time, not touching the core and simply making a theme.
granted, there’s some backend work happening in the theme (mainly for connecting press/award pages with portfolio entries), but now i can safely upgrade. i also decided to re-skin things and make it a bit less boring.
welcome to husani.com v8. and, you know, the future and stuff.
(updated to add: i haven’t done a full IE6/IE7 test yet, so apologizes if things are … weird, in a microsoft-browsers-suck sort of way.)
launch: allstate’s “in good hands” microsite
thanks to my amazing production team at EVB (Brad, Tim, Jason, Abe, Matt, Steve), and an amazing group at Leo Burnett, we successfully launched a microsite for Allstate a couple of days ago. nice job, guys.
launch: jashiro dean
just launched jashiro’s website — http://www.jashiro.com. Heavily customized Wordpress 2.7, with some Scriptaculous/Prototype and jquery goodness.
